Kris Allen

As the winner of the eighth season of American Idol, Kris received a lot of attention. In 2009 he released a popular self-titled album that debuted at number 11 on the U.S Billboard 200. The album's lead single rose to number 18 - not bad for a guy from the small town of Conway, Arkansas!
